Bunratty Vicky McNerney is your contact there. Tel
from US 011-353-61-361177. If she is not available just leave your name and number and
she will get back to you. As Bunratty lies just 8 miles north of Limerick, guests may wish to consider that area.
Guesthouses and Bed and Breakfasts are listed below with map of Bunratty Only hotel accommodation is licensed for the sale of alcohol. The difference between Guesthouse and Bed and Breakfast accommodation is sometimes indistinguishable. (Check the grades of guesthouses; grade 3 and above will have greater facilities) The use of 'guesthouse' is often interchangeable as in the information below where all non-hotel accommodation is listed as guesthouse but is, in fact, mostly B&B. The quality of the B&Bs in the Bunratty area is particularly high and we feel confident in recommending them to our guests. We have selected those closest to the village and would recommend Low Road and Hill Road in particular. If enquiring about Sixmilebridge Road, check distance from the village or from Low Road. Hurlers Cross lies across the motorway and may not be quite as convenient to Bunratty. The same applies to the motorway itself, Limerick Ennis. Our focus has been rather narrow here so don't be disappointed if you cannot find something in this immediate area. There is an endless selection in the general area, south towards Cratloe and Limerick and north towards Newmarket -on-Fergus. Not everyone might want to party in Bunratty! It is advisable, however, to reserve accommodation as early as possible as July is the height of the tourist season. Some premises may be fully booked already. Dialling from US: (011-353)
